Not a Government Agency: BSTAG is not affiliated with any government agency and cannot guarantee approval or processing speed.
User Responsibility: You must provide:
- Valid Vehicle Title
- Proof of Insurance
- Proof of Identification
- Payment of applicable registration fees

Failure to provide accurate documentation may cause delays, rejections, or penalties, for which we are not responsible.

Payment and Fees

We collect payments for:

Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways. You agree to pay all applicable fees clearly stated at the point of transaction.

Refund Policy:

Vehicle Registration: Non-refundable once processing begins.
Vehicle Listings: Non-refundable once posted live.

As part of the listing process:

BSTAG might obtain a Carfax report using the VIN submitted by the seller.
Authorization: By submitting your listing, you authorize BSTAG to request and display the report.
Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party reports.
Liability: BSTAG is not responsible for errors or losses stemming from the report.

By using our platform, you waive all claims related to vehicle history reports obtained and shown by BSTAG.

Mail Disclaimer

BSTAG is not responsible for lost or delayed mail. We recommend sending important documents with tracking to ensure delivery.
